The Collector - New Reality TV Show
How about a new reality TV show based on life in a collection agency. It could be quite entertaining. Very funny I think.

Will debt collection go away?
I am interested to get your opinion on where the debt collection industry is going. With all the new regulations and proposed regulations governing debt collection and now having the customers written consent before calling their cell phone, it concerns me that the baby is getting thrown out with the bathwater. Also, if you are involved in healthcare collections or student loan collections, are you concerned?

What is a Virtual Collector
A virtual collector is an intelligent web based web portal that enables your customer to self resolve a customer service issue or a bill. It was deployed by ACCESS Receivables Management in 2007 and it has been a very successful way for our debtors to self-resolve a delinquent bill. If they prefer to handle their account without getting calls from a collector, they simply go the specific site, sign-in and off they go. We are trying to fight the continued downward trend of contact percentages through land based phones and snail mail response. In addition, the debtors (customers) who have used it prefer to handle their delinquent account on-line. I believe that we are at the dawn of a new age in communication. All businesses that deal with large numbers of customers need to zone in on how to better serve customers than all the traditional methods including, dialers, IVR's, off-shore labor and endless collection letters. Go Green on the Web. Let me know what you think?
